Quaffee started in 2006 as the end of a long search for a really good cup of coffee. It became a roastery in Constantia, Cape Town.

A bean, two eyes, and a two-year-old.
Warren sat down and casually drew a coffee bean. It looked like a mouth, so he added two eyes. His daughter Julia, aged two, pointed at it and said “frog.”
Frogs are sensitive to the smallest change in their environment. So the frog is a reminder: of the growers who farm for quality over quantity, and of the care owed at every step after. Roasting, packing, delivering, advising.
“Spread the knowledge and appreciation of the complexity of coffee as an enjoyable beverage.”
